“你们有没有做跨境电商?”
一看到这个问题,你的第一反应是什么?我相信小易的粉丝,大多数是做B2B外贸的小伙伴吧?
如今跨境电商风头正盛,我们在与客户接洽时,经常会被问到这个问题。其实还蛮难回答的。
如果回答“没有”,万一后来做了呢?
如果回答“有”,总感觉这么回复少了点什么。
少了点什么呢?
我们先来理一理对方究竟想问什么。
是否有线上销售渠道
对方可能希望了解我们的销售模式是否多元。
有线上销售渠道,灵活性就好一点。对方可能就在找一家灵活性高的供应商,或者想了解产品是否可以通过跨境电商直接触达C端消费者。
这就引出了第二个方面。
产品是否被市场接受
对方可能想了解产品在他们的市场上的受欢迎程度。
如果我们的的跨境电商业绩超棒,就说明产品质量好、市场表现佳,对方自然会有更强的合作意愿。
当然,我们作为supplier的bargaining power也会很强。
供应链是否稳定、灵活
对方可能在评估你们是否有能力同时满足B端和C端的需求。
如果我们已经在做跨境电商,对方可能会认为我们可以快速应对市场变化,会更加信任我们。
是否有深入的合作方式
对方可能在考虑未来的合作模式是否需要调整。
比如,是否可以通过跨境电商平台直接采购部分产品,或者是否需要与我们共同探索新的销售渠道。
这就是前面说的,我们的bargaining power真的很强。
当然,也可能是竞争对手...
这个非常有可能!对方正在了解行业内的竞争对手是否也在做跨境电商。
既然我们已经了解对方问这个问题的意图了,那么,该如何回复呢?
如果已经在做跨境电商:
“Yes, we have already started to explore the cross-border e-commerce market. Currently, we have set up stores on [Amazon, AliExpress, etc.], and we have achieved good results. Through cross-border e-commerce, we are able to adjust our inventory and product strategies more flexibly, while also ensuring more stable and efficient services for our B-end customers. If you are interested in our cross-border e-commerce products or would like to learn more, I would be happy to provide more details.”
如果尚未开展跨境电商,但有计划:
“Currently, we are mainly focused on B-end business, but we do have plans to expand into cross-border e-commerce channels. We are currently evaluating market opportunities and plan to launch related projects in the future [specific time]. If you have any suggestions or needs in this regard, we welcome your input and look forward to further communication.”
如果暂时没有计划:
“At present, we are primarily focused on providing high-quality products and services to B-end customers and do not currently engage in cross-border e-commerce. However, we are always keeping an eye on market trends, and if we do have plans in the future, we will certainly share them with you first. We truly appreciate your attention and support for our business and look forward to continuing to provide you with excellent products and services.”
最后,小易在这里需要提醒一点。
“跨境+外贸”的双线模式,正在逐渐成为外贸工厂考虑的方向。尤其是近些天,Tiktok和小红书轮番进入大众视野,由社媒引发的线上渠道将大放异彩,“流量思维”是外贸圈躲也躲不开的财富密码。
正如前面一直提到的,流量越大,我们的“议价能力”越大。不论您是外贸工厂,还是外贸公司,线上渠道将会是接下来很长一段时间里,大家竞相角逐的战场。
